Inspired by the Italian- style of aperitivo balanced with sparkling water, citrus and herbal extracts to bring you an Australian wine cocktail. In 2012, Tom Maclean founded SOFI Spritz and in 2015 joined the TLI Portfolio after appearing on CH10 Shark Tank.
